Independent Third-Party Service

Refund Policy

How refunds work when you use our independent reservation assistance service, and what we can and cannot influence.

1. Refunds Are Issued by the Carrier

We do not operate trains, sell transportation, or hold fare funds. Refunds of ticket or fare amounts are issued by the carrier or the booking provider that processed your payment, under their own published fare rules.

2. Eligibility

Eligibility depends on the fare purchased. Refundable fares are generally returned in full or with a stated deduction. Non-refundable and promotional fares may not be eligible for any refund, and may instead be converted to a credit at the carrier's discretion.

3. Assistance Fee Refunds

If you were charged a separate assistance fee for our support, that fee is refundable only where the requested assistance was not provided, where the charge was duplicated in error, or where a refund is required by applicable law. Requests must be made within 30 days of the charge.

4. Processing Times

Once approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method. Most refunds are settled within 7 to 30 business days, though your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

5. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at +1 (888) 885-4611 so we can review it. We aim to resolve billing questions promptly and in good faith before a formal dispute is raised with your card issuer.

6. No Guarantee of Outcome

We can prepare, submit, and follow up on a refund request, but the final decision rests with the carrier or booking provider. We make no guarantee that any refund will be approved or paid in any particular amount or timeframe.
